e-Resources
If you don’t already have an account on the Envision Training website, you will be prompted to enter a password during the checkout process to create one. This will create an account on Envision Training, which you will use to access your payment details and history, as well as to log in to the site to access your eResouce(s).
The log in button is located at the top right of the website (top menu). You can login with your email address or account name (if you have set one previously), once your accounts are created (your RTO account is automatically created after purchase).
We will send you a corresponding student access account within 24 hours, for you to allow your students access to the online resource, but not your primary account details such as payment receipts etc available in your primary account.
After purchase you will automatically be granted access to your eResources via your RTO account on our website. You can use your primary account to manage your invoices and RTO access details.
Within 24 hours, we will create and send you a log in for students associated with your RTO, that you can provide to them to access the eResources.
They will then access the resources in the same way as you do, by logging into the Envision Training website through the ‘LLN Resource Login’ in the top right corner of the website. As shown below.
The resource will run best on Desktop, Laptop and Tablets (Android and iPad). It will also work on mobile devices, however some devices with smaller screens may find it difficult to view/read. We recommend at least a 5inch screen to view the e-resources on a mobile device.
At this stage no. While Articulate supports allowing access via their Apps on both Android and Apple devices while being offline, we have found it is buggy at best and thus decided to not allow access through their App. We will keep on top of this should they fix the current issues making this workable.
All our eResources are based on an automatic subscription, either monthly or yearly. You will automatically be charged on the day you signed up each month, or each year unless you cancel your account to ensure you and your students have continued access.
If you do wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at anytime by accessing the My Account section of the website. Note that your student account will also be removed upon expiration of your subscription. If you have questions, concerns or feedback about our eResources which are causing you to cancel, we'd appreciate you get in touch with us first to see if we can find a solution for you.
Our licensing is based on an active subscription. You have the option of paying monthly, or yearly (and getting 2 months free access).
